They do great work but their communication skills need a lot of work, they are terrible about returning messages, and they don't seem to prioritize work by first-in-first-out. I gave them my Evinrude 15 hp May 28th, they said they'd get to it in about a week. I checked back every week and they put me off another week. June 18th they still hadn't looked at it and never offered an explanation why. A mechanic diagnosed the problem the 19th and said it would be ready by the 21st. On the 22nd it still wasn't ready. They finally finished it the afternoon of the 24th. The cost was reasonable and it runs great but it was very stressful. I won't use them again unless I have lots of time to wait.
