Went in for quote. Salesman took down information and never received a quote! Numerous calls and false promises finally gave up! Even emailed Vice President of sales and got false promises! Basically begged for their business and nothing!! Not sure how they are still in business with how they treat their customers!

I asked for a quote. Salesman was nice and took careful measurements. I waited a week for a quote and they forgot who I was. I asked a manager Mike for help and was put off again. I don't usually write this stuff but this has been a bad experience.
