I have been going to Settler's Walk Dental for 10 years and I've never had a bad experience! The staff is friendly and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any appointment! I would reccommend this place to all friends and family!

for so many years i have been so afraid of seeing a dentist that I waited until it got bad. After going in for an overdo root canal I'm now wondering why. couldn't sleep for days before my appt., but after my visit i doubt i'll ever hesitate again. completely painless. props

A year and a half ago I had a root canal done by Dr Delisle, 6 months ago that crown cracked and had to be replaced, I went in to get the temporary put on to wear while the permanent one was being made. The temporary fell to pieces within two days of wearing it, literally shattered into pieces so I was without any sort of protection on the tooth until the permanent came on. Finally got the permanent put on. However, just this morning, a second crown just shattered, a permanent crown that Dr. Delisle also did on the other side of my face. This one I had to pay $1400 for because i didn't have insurance. I am so completely frustrated with this man. Everything he has done to my teeth has had to be fixed. Now I'm going to have to pay another $450 at another dentist to have fixed what Dr. Delisle should have gotten right. Stay away from this place. Now 1 year later I found a new dentist that actually knows what he is doing and he can't believe the work that Dr. Delisle did.

He was greedy and the office clerk was rude and impatient. I had two visits to this place and I am sure I will not go back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SMILE!!! He has no ethics and will give you crappy service just to insure that you return. He gave me 2 crowns in the front, one broke off even with my gum line after only 5 months. His words to me were "I am surprised it broke already" which made me think he wasn't surprised it happened. He then started drilling into my tooth to fix it properly and something snapped which forced him to pull that tooth. He then told me I needed a bridge. All I could think about was I didn't want to walk out of there with a missing tooth, so I agreed. MISTAKE!! He ruined my smile. He ruined my bite. He didn't feel bad at all as long as he gets his money he doesn't really care about the patients. He also charged me for a filling he did on my son when he only used the drill for about 1 second. He seems charming at first, but this is just a ruse to get your money. BEWARE!!! If I could give him a zero I would.

This place has no concept of customer service. They made me wait over 45 minutes, the dentist and other hygienists ignored me. They took another patient who came after I did before me, and even if that person had an earlier appointment, I had been there 20 minutes, so that client was assisted late as well. I walked out and told them I would not be coming back. after reading the other review I'm glad I did.



1-800-dentist should be ashamed for recommending this place. I will never go back or use their service again.
