HORRIBLE experience!!!! Worst spa I have ever been to. I signed up for a pkg of laser hair removal. The first time I came in the girl performing the laser hair removal was running almost 30 minutes behind! The next time I came in the laser broke while she was using it so they had to schedule me to come in and finish what they couldn't get done. The third time I came in apparently I was "not on the books" as the receptionist put it. I pulled out my reminder card and showed her what they had written on it. Their mgr was there and said the only thing she could do was schedule me for another day, they didn't even bother to say sorry for forgetting to put me in the computer for that day! I am not even going to bother to finish my package I am going somewhere else where the service is better and the lasers are more reliable!! Extremely disappointed!
