Worse business I have ever dealt with. With all of these horrible reviews, why are they still in business. Watch out because their business practices are extremely questionable and as far as I know the only place that supports them is the government!

HORRIBLE LOSS DRAFT SERVICING!!!!!!!Had water damage in January, 2017. Insurance company paid in February, 2017. It took RMS until June, 2017 to pay the contractor 30%. As of today, RMS still hasn't paid water mitigation company and other vendors. RMS denies receiving documents which we have sent multiple times by different methods (US mail, email, FEDEX, and fax), and now is requiring multiple signatures on documents where there is no requirement for any signature at all. After multiple conversations with Loss Draft Administrator, as of today, still no payments. Contractor was given a 45% completion report from first inspector. After completing more than 60 % (additional cost paid at my expense), contractor was given a second 45% completion by a different inspector. Contractor won't continue repairs without more funding. RMS asked this week when will repairs be completed. Multiple vendors have threatened to place liens against the property because their invoices from January, 2017 still have not been paid. RMS uses US mail to send checks. They issued one to a zip code which doesn't exist, and had to re-issue another check which they claim was sent by US mail but was never received. When asked about using direct deposit or electronic funds transfer, they claim it is not possible for them to do. These antiquated methods and proceedures only serve to further delay completion, and frustrate all concerned (except for them). Furthermore, they deny any responsibility for, and refuse to pay for the additional expenses caused by their delays. It is inconceivable that business is being conducted this way in the 21st century!!!!!

POS company - for us reverse mortgage servicing the loan. Holding hostage "OUR" insurance claim monies for repairs. Please make your voice heard, especially since their practices take advantage of Seniors. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPD) it will direct you to your State's representative. Fill out the complaint form & direct it to your local office. The BBB, many complaints. I have contacted HUD / FHA to check on RMS practices, not allowed. RMS has a Linked- In page, I found that the President is Ken Austin Jr. & the Chairman, CEO is Robert (Bob) Yeary. Use any & all social media to alert the public. Contact the Bank that uses them & let them know that this business is horrible. Please help stop them from their despicable practice of taking advantage of Seniors.

Reverse mortgage the biggest government scam in modern times. Interest was double the national rates and after 3 years of compounding it's impossible to pay it off and therefore they now completely own my home. Bad bad move on our part. Would never recommend it.

This company is a real pain in the rear! They also have a lot of questionable business practices and I plan to report them to every single business bureau I can as well as the mortgage lending affiliates and anyone that can help keep people from falling prey to them. I gave them one star and that was being generous!

This company is a PAIN IN THE ASS - way too much contact "after the mortgage" - use to call & mail me all the time - I "chewed them out over the fone - never got another call (thank goodness) now I get only 2 letters a year from them - 1- a reminder to pay taxes - 2- reminder for insurance and the 3- the annual "still living in the house" affidavit - I don't even need them to send those reminders - but I guess that is their MINIMUM - next time I would use ONEREVERSE MORTGAGE by Quicken Loans.
