I have read other reviews about Bob and it sounds like the people complaining did not purchase a product or service and got into some Altercation over the phone or by texting.

Bob is very passionate about his work, interwoven with a take it or leave it moody Artist Attitude

As I found out and Bob brought it to my attention was: "this research cannot be done with a I-Phone", window shopping for "price Sheets" yes.. but his service is "Visual Media" it's all visual.. not reading websites or viewing price sheets with a i-phone.

Bob's Old-school and works on Old School Material at least 50+ to 70 year Old Films.



The general public these days is use to a bubbly Kid with a paper hat, name tag and apron happy to service them.
