Absolutely horrible. I took my wife here last Saturday 7-23-16 to get her hair colored. She wanted a dark brown on top and on the back undercoat she wanted pink. They were able to achieve these colors. However to be able to get the pink color she wanted they had to bleach that portion of her hair. They applied the bleach and after a while it started to burn her very bad so they washed it out and dried her hair. They then put another thick layer of bleach on again. Left it in for a while then washed it. They applied the pink color and trimmed her hair. It is now Thursday 7-28-16 and we have made a doctors appointment because the whole back of her head is throbbing with pain. She will have to leave work early and lose hours/money so that she can take the first doctors appointment available at 1:00pm. It looks like a huge infected scab all over the back of her scalp. I will be forwarding all doctor bills/prescriptions/antibiotic's cost to this Jayvy Salon. Don't go here!!!

Great staff. I went to get my hair flat ironed and it turned out good. They do nails, makeup, hair.
