RUN, DON'T WALK, FROM THIS PLACE!! These people are CROOKS. It is costing me HUNDREDS OF $ to fix what they messed up on drive train of my Mazda. They even stabbed a hole in my cv joint boot to release the grease so that it would eventually fail. The car only had 68000 miles on it. When I got it back there was grease covering everything behind the drivers front wheel. On closer examination with the wheel removed I saw the puncture that appeared to be made with a screwdriver. I change my own oil regularly and there were no cracks punctures or grease anywhere until the day I got the car back from these !@#$*&%$. Since I got it back strange noises occur when driving over any type of irregularity in the road. They did not tighten my spark plugs either. I'm really worried what else is going fall apart on my car due to the sabotage from these criminals. Don't believe any glowing 5 star reviews you read here. It has to be friends, relatives or people paid to post lies.

I took a car I was interested in purchasing to Campbells Auto Repair last week, for a pre purchase inspection.

I was very impressed with their customer service and the professional way the owner and staff helped me. I felt I received a thorough and honest assessment of the vehicle and I will definitely have them do any needed work on the vehicle that I subsequently purchased.

I took my car to Campbell's as a recommendation from a friend. Top notch service. Answered every question I had. Got my car back right away. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!

Tommy is awesome! He gave me excellent service and got my car in and fixed my problems right away. I didn't feel rushed or like I wasn't being listened to. They are very knowledgable and honest. I will never take my car anywhere else.

We took my daughter's 03 Jeep Liberty to a shop on Louetta and after 8 hours they said it was probably the rod bearings and the entire engine needed to be replaced with a low mileage used engine for $3700. Or a new engine for $5700.



A quick search online led me to Campbells and all the incredible reviews. I called and spoke with Craig, who was very informative and very polite. They picked the Jeep up at the first shop the next morning and by noon Craig called, explained everything to me in great detail and quoted a total cost of $1600. Craig was so thorough and informative, even taking me into the shop to see for myself the actual problem.



It's rare to see such honesty and customer service in one place, but Craig and the entire shop are truly remarkable!

5 is not enough stars!!! I placed a call after 6 PM last evening for help with my Mercedes after I landed from my trip, and it was repaired and delivered to my home by 7 PM tonight all fixed!!! For all the work that they had to do, I was shocked at how little it cost! I placed a call to the other place that I was considering (European something repair in the same area), and the battery replacement alone was $45 more. Jim and the staff were Super Friendly too.

It was only after Jim hand delivered it to my home in The Woodlands did I tell him that I had a show on Shop NBC! Everyone gets Celebrity treatment at Campbell's Auto Repair!!!

I have had such great experience with this company...I had an accident and Craig came to it stayed till tow truck came and drove me home which really made me feel secure and not as nervous. My husband, friend and mom go there now we all love it!!!

Everything is great about this place. Great folks, great service and excellent pricing. Craig is a gem of a person and will always call you a week or 10 days after the repair to know how things are working for you. He truly stands behind his work and makes sure that his customers are fully satisfied. I have a long drive to this shop but I prefer not to go elsewhere because I know that they will take good care of my vehicle. The place is a bit hard to find but totally worth the effort.

I didn't know there were auto shop still open today, that did such great work, for a great price. Craig is honest, and will go beyond what needs to be done to get you back on the road. Fantastic experience dealing with him, just can't say enough about the service, besides, AWESOME.

The customer service was excellent and the price quoted was fair. They picked my car up and brought it back once repaired at no cost, not to mention it didn't take all day either. This place seems honest and I'll be using them in the future.

The thing that I remember most from my initial meeting with Craig was that he said, "When I working on something, I never give up until I find out what the problem is". I was a little skeptical at first, but after taking my Lexus LS 460 to several well known dealerships who failed to tell me exactly what the problem was, I needed to find someone who could accurately identify the problem and FIX IT. I went on line and found Campbell Auto Repair. I called and spoke to Craig, and he told me that he could fix the problem and to bring it in. Let me tell you, Craig went above and beyond my expectations! Also, he waited for me until 8:30 pm, to pick my car up. As long as this guy is around, I will never take my car to the Lexus Dealership again.

Thank you guys sooo much for everything, ever since I have come here from Austin you guys have always gone out of your way to help me and my poor little BMW. I am so happy I found you guys you guys rock ! Anyone who owns a BMW or any other type of europen car I definately recommend theese guys. Thay also work on all kinds of really cool exotic cars . Thank you Campbells Auto Care for fixing my car. I was in and out in three hours, my door locks stopped working on me on my way home from the Krogers yesterday. I called and they told me to bring in my car. I was there for only 15 minutes when Craig explained me the door lock mechanism needed to be replaced. They picked up the part from the dealer, and put my car back together shortly after and I went along with my day. Great service ! Thank You I recommend this shop to anyone.

I did some research before finding this place. I came across a few good reviews and decided to make the hike. (I live Downtown) I was surprised to see the shop as busy as it was, kind of off the beaten path, but it was shortly after that that I found out why. The owner greeted me with a smile and a handshake. They were restoring a 1965 Jaguar that just looked phenomenal. One of my personal favorites as far as cars go. (Also the only car in the Smithsonian). Anyhow, they were able to get me in right away, found that I had a bad crankshaft sensor on my engine somewhere that needed to be replaced. They put me in a loaner car, and had my Mercedes back to me by the end of the day washed ! They really went beyond my expectations, they were extremely knowledgable and up to date about all the information on my Mercedes (2008 S550 Sport). I will definately be visiting this establishment in the future.

I have a red mercedes slk convertible, and the top stopped working about a month ago and said to visit workshop, so I took it in to my local dealership and they said that it was some kind of pump that needed to be replaced and it would run about $5600.00 ! Wow I said, I was not prepared for that, so I took my car from there and started looking elsawhere for a better price for this auto repair. That is when I stumbled upon Campbells Auto Care and decided to call them. They were about $2000.00 cheaper, I thought great ! But the best part is yet to come. When I took my Mercedes in they gave me a ride to work, and called me a few hours later and said good news Ms. Saunders all you need to do is replace your relay for your pump which is about a $200.00 repair. I almost cried I was so thankful. They did find a few other maintenance things that the dealership had missed but to make a long story short I left there with a $500.00 bill instead of a $5000.00 bill. They really went the extra mile and even picked me up from work when I got off. This is the most excellent auto repair shop I could have ever found for my mercedes, or for any other car for that matter, they work on everything. These guys are great I had to rave about them.
