Place totally sucks. Recently purchased a fridge that worked for a very short period of time. Call and they said they would send the the repair man out the next day. We waited a week and nothing. Called several times and nothing. Finally went to the store and they said they would swap it out with a new one and deliver it the next day. Well that did not happen and we waited over a week before they brought a new one out. The guys dropped it off the truck, messed up my door jam forcing the old one out and plugged it. Of course it did not work. Several calls brought the repair man out. He said it was bad and should not have been delivered. He said they would send a new one out. Again waited for a week and nothing. Called several times and was told a new one was on the way, nothing. We loaded it up and returned it just to get rid of the POS. Please be careful dealing with these guys. They do not honor their word.

Great machines for a good price. Owner is very professional and straight forward. He stands behind his words no matter what. I have purchased a washer & Dryer set and I had no problems. My sister's as well bought from this company and had only a tiny tiny problem and they came the same day and fixed it. Something we probably could have figured out but they came anyways with no charge! great company, great team and great owner!

Just recently purchased a new mattress from this company and it was wonderful the customer service was great and such great prices. They delivered to my house for free and it came w a one year warranty

Love this place! The employees were wicked helpful and knowledgeable about the different brands and models and helped me find the perfect washer and dryer for my new home at a price that can't be beat. Will definitely be returning here when I'm in the market for anything else!

These People Done Their Best They Can To Provide Outstanding Service To Clients. With Me, I Give Them Two Thumbs Up For Their Hard Work. The Appliance I Brought From Them For Over A Year And My Washer Machine, Ice Maker Fridge And A Dryer Machine Still Working Properly. Didn't Even Had To Use Their 1 Year Warranty. I am a fellow US ARMY veteran who served in the same unit with the owner of Bragg Used Appliances, Specialist E4 Merlon Palacios 15 years ago on Fort Bragg. I have a strong relationship with him and his family because he and his family are from the same country where my wife and kids are from, the Central American country of Honduras. I had my washer transmission replaced 3 years ago as well as my dryer repaired at his shop on Cliffdale and Reilly Road in Fayetteville, NC, all for a very reasonable price and he guaranteed his repairs.I have also purchased other appliances from him in the past as well. He is a man of his word, courteous and very friendly and the staff working for him as well are very courteous and friendly. If you are in need of good quality used appliances for a reasonable price, then stroll on over to Bragg Used Appliances in Fayetteville or Spring Lake, NC and do business with them! They are great people!!

Unfortunately, I found that my wife and I are somewhat concerned about the ability of Bragg Used Appliances to be able to deliver a decent product in a timely fashion. Their products come with a "1-year warranty" but just try to get them to come out to fix their product and see what happens. We bought a freezer that ran for thirteen (13) days. We called for repair service and got the run around for about a week. When we brought up the fact that we lost $450.00 in food, they looked as us as if we grew two heads. Front desk staff is unprofessional and other staff members don't know what's going on inside of the business so a customer just can't get help. The young lady at the front desk (Aliesha or Aliejah) has absolutely no clue about how customer service works nor what it means. She'd be more successful in a career selling used dentures.

i am a military spouse I went there and I spoke to the owner and told him my situation I needed washer and dryer but only had $175 and my husband is deployed he went ahead and let me picked out the washer and dryer of my choice and delivered it and set them up for me.

My dryer stopped working followed by my washer 2 days later. Purchasing new appliances was definitely not in my mind so I brought a new dryer from bragg appliance and it was a steal!!!!!!

My husband and I got station in Fort Bragg,NC upon arrival to Fayetteville,NC we were looking for some appliances. We asked some soldiers that we knew in Germany and they told us to go to Bragg used appliances.we decided to go to the location in spring lake. The had great appliances and great prices.120 day warranty. This Place is Fabulous !

This store has made purchase for my washer and dryer and dryer a painless and inexpensive experience. When I first went into the the store, everyone was friendly and very helpful and I ended up buying a dryer. During the time of my warranty the dryer had some issues, someone came out to fix it, the problems continued so another was brought to my house and I haven't had a problem with it at all. When I went the second time to purchase a washing machine, People were still friendly, they remembered me and helped me get the best washing machine for the best price. The appliances work great and I do recommend this store anytime anyone I know needs an appliance or mattress.

One of my close friends told me about this place a while back , finally I got tired of sleeping on a mattress that hurts my back and did not give off a brand new bed smell . Mattresses for a good price is really hard to find in Fayetteville well not anymore since Bragg has open. I love my Mattress and is no longer having excessive back pains !!!!

As I walked through the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly & knowledgeable staff. They had a great selection to choose from and prices in the range of my budget. I decided on a beautiful new scratch and dent stainless steel French door with no noticeable damage. On top of that I got FREE same day delivery and installation woo hoo!!! I recently been laid off , and was in need of a washer QUICK . I visit many appliances stores and shops , all was over my budget. Until I found Bragg used appliances. I explained my problem to the owner and he founded me the perfect washer with free delivery and free installation. Cheap isnt always good but they place was great :)

I would like to say I was born and raised as a local in the Fayetteville community, being raised around real estate. When I obtained my own rental property, I was referred by a few contractors to Bragg Used Appliance. Showing up alone to their store as a woman was a little frightening, but I had nothing but a great experience. All of the referrals were more than true with my experience. In having to renovate a property I bought the appliances from Bragg Used Appliance. I had great customer service in the store, during the delivery, and with follow up. 1 yr ago my washer went out on me and I was so distraught that I surfed the web to find something quick and affordable. I came across Braggs ad and was impressed with the prices and the warranty. I made my way there asap and was pleasantly surprised to find the staff was so friendly and helpful and on top of the great service and cost, they gave me a better deal and offered a discount without giving me the chance to haggle them down...lol. My experience with Bragg Used Appliance was so great that once I found out they opened a second location closer to where I live, I visited the new store in Spring Lake and purchased two mattress sets for my son and I. I see a refrigerator purchase in the near future lol. I gladly recommend Bragg Used Appliance because they made my appliance shopping experience once again friendly, quick and cost efficient...
