Mark knows the guttering business spending his whole career in the industry. We have had Mark do some work for us in the past and he has always performed the work we needed in a timely and professional way. Tom & Cheryl

Mark and his son installed our gutters and flashing and did a decent job, except for one 10 ft. section where they broke a shingle, put a screw through the shingles to hold the flashing, installed flashing over some of the shingles, and they installed the gutter with a low point that collects water.



I tried calling Mark 4-5 times and politely left messages asking him to fix the trouble spots, but he never returned my calls. After giving Mark a chance to make it right, and being ignored, I decided to warn others that may be considering doing business with Waterway Gutter.



Now I'm stuck having to hire a legit gutter company to fix Waterway's poor install and the damage they did to my roof. Frustrating.
