Massively overcharged and late arriving. The person taking calls sounded like a zombie only less alive. The taxi turned up late and to cap it all charged $3 per mile. We are visiting tourists and this just reflects badly on Americans. What a shame! We do however arrange trips to Spring Hill for numerous visitors and will now put a warning on our website and all paperwork not to use this taxi firm.

Although I've had nice rides, the cars are falling apart. The final straw for me was when we almost reached our destination a motorcycle ran up along side of us and told us we had NO working tail lights! The driver still made me pay! I could have been killed, but here's your $15.00! He promised to get another car when he picked me up later. Shoulda, woulda, could not because of the procedure I had done. I get in the car and pay him when I got home. As I was leaving I ran down my driveway and sure enough, NO brake Lights! They denied I called to complain...can you believe that? And this morning when I asked for Lisa, the only great driver they have (who maintains her car herself) the woman who answered the phone and started yelling at me, finally ending the conversation with, "I don't have time for you!" SLAM! She hung up on me! This company could have KILLED ME driving around town with NO BRAKE LIGHTS IN TWO DIFFERENT TRIPS! My advice? RUN!

Mike picked up my mom from the hospital late at night to take her home and was very nice. He was prompt and courteous.

This company charged $14 for a round trip less than two miles .called hanks transportation same ride $6..never ever again will I recommend spring hill taxi

Do Not use this taxi service, its one price and then another price!!! Its never the same!!!! And im sayin to the same place you are goin!!!!

Called at 3:00 didnt get here till 4:30. Called to see where they were and got hung up on! Very rude and not considerate!!
