Dropped a watch off a week ago Saturday to have a new battery installed and to get an estimate on replacing the crystal, no one called so I call this Saturday, they said they could not replace the crystal and the batter was not changed, The woman said she would try to install the battery and called me later to inform me the hands did not work, I drove there and found the minute and hour hands were not moving and the date hand was broken off. I was asked if I had dropped it ! Needless to say I'll never go back and will do my best to have people avoid this place
