For the long time customer who complained about this lovely place. IT'S YOUR LOSS! The policy has been clearly written about paying for a month and not being able to carry it over to the next month should you miss any time. This is the same at most gyms in Spring Hill.
GIVING PRAISE TO THE CREW! They are fair, friendly, & very helpful. If it wasn't for New U I don't know what I would have done this upcoming summer. The machines seem to be helping me with a very PAINFUL illness. Thank you so much!

I go here and I lost 30 lbs. I don't know what the other lady is talking about. I found the staff so helpful. They have been in business for years and some of the staff have been there for over 20 years. You didn't mention what they had lied about. I can't see them sending their clients to a competitor. I know they also counsel Vocational Rehab patients for state so obviously they must do a good job.

unprofessional unmotivating staff promised to call me back and never did when i had important questions.do not recommend staff is lying to costumers and sending there own costomers to orion rapid weight loss.
