As trained medical professionals, our dedication to maintaining a safe environment through rigorous infection control procedures is at our core. We know that moving forward our commitment to your safety will be even more important. While continuing to meet traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, we are adopting some new, additional protocols. For example, we might wear additional PPE, request you wear a mask to your appointment, or take your temperature upon arrival. We may also ask you to wash your hands, request you wait in a treatment room or your vehicle instead of the waiting room, or request that you call in payment after your appointment. Anthony X. Very disappointed! The staff is excellent, Dr. Meyer, not so much. He filled a front tooth, I was not happy with the result, made an appointment, went back, and he is so arrogant, that he did not even come into the room to see me, and possibly explain why he did what he did, but sent his assistant to tell me he did the best he could....they advertise lumineers? Really?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bunch of shysters, I wanted a cleaning, no insurance but in a month my insurance would be active, so I only wanted a cleaning. They tried to hard sell me xrays and a deep cleaning and a detailed exam. I repeated I only want a cleaning. The hygienist kept saying well start your cleaning after thus. And she kept saying I don't know what to do if you don't want xrays. After an hour and a half the dentist stated without xrays can't clean, they did do the painful exam that I didn't want so my gums hurt. They charged me 80 bucks and refused to give me my money back. I also saw them hard sell several others on xrays etc to pad their charges. Very unfriendly staff very manipulative. I was taken for 80 dollars.

Terrible experience

Not only was the dentist short, unfriendly, and not sympathetic, he was very uninformative!! No "bed side manor" what so ever. He made me feel very uncomfortable and ashamed of my dental problems. Last I checked the dentist was the one who informed you of what steps needed taken first and the game plan so to say, with options on which direction to go would be best for YOU...the paying customer. I am not a fan of the dentist to begin with! It is the last place I want to be. I felt that if I told them they would be more comforting and understand....WRONG! If I hadn't asked all the questions I did I would be clueless as to what I even had to do next. So thanks for the antibiotics, I will be going elsewhere for the thousands of dollars of dental work I need. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone!!!!!! Oh and don't make an afternoon APPOINTMENT, they will tell you they can't do exams, ex rays, and anything else so that he can go home. So disappointed and frustrated!
