IGNORE THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THERE’S NEW MANAGEMENT. The Spring Hill store on Commercial Way is under new management. Lenore is a conscientious helpful manager and has helped us when buying in emergency in February and now with an exchanging after the family member no longer was in need. We upgraded the twin mattresses to suit our needs. She is fair and considerate. Please ignore the old reviews that were made when other people were running the place. We got great service and comfy mattresses at great price. I’d send my family and friends here.

Company Has an F Rating over 420 complaints a lot never resolved. Company in the Tampa area has closed over 8 stores recently and no longer advertises and acts like it's going into bankruptcy.
Went into this store and like Kelly got a pushy salesperson in a sportcoat and jeans. Like Kelly he kept trying to call his manager to make a deal. I eventually bought a mattress closer to home. This young man was way too pushy and kind of rude

Pushy Salesperson and was rude when I was not willing to purchase what was asked. Offered overpriced financing only and then kept calling his "boss" to get he deal done. Got tired of the stories being told and left.
