We are both previous owners of 13 years of Happy Tails Pet Salon LLC in Kansas City Missouri Established in 2003. Doggie Doo's Pet Salon LLC Established in 5/2016. My name is Jamie and I have 20 years experience with all breeds and sizes. I was born to groom! My mother was a groomer for 35 yrs. She taught me how to bathe dogs at age 11 to make extra money during the summer, and I continued every summer. Then shortly after I graduated high school my mother trained me how to groom. In 1996 I started working in the grooming field full-time. In 2003 my mother and I opened a Pet Salon together in Kansas City Missouri. In 2010 my mother became ill with stage 4 cancer and could no longer continue her grooming career. She past away about a year later. Shortly after her death my husband graduated from "Petropolis Grooming School" in Chesterfield Missouri. My husband and I have been working as a team ever since. We are a full service dog grooming salon for all sizes and breeds. NO CATS PLEASE. We offer pet quality grooming with competitive prices. Prices vary depending on breed, size, coat condition, & temperament of the dog. Please call for a quote. We go by appointment only, so we can give each pet the time and attention needed. We get your pet in and out with-in 3 hours. We take appointments from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Morning walk-ins NAIL TRIMS ONLY until 12:00 pm. Closing hours vary. After all clients have gone home for the day. Bath & Brush Services include: bath, blow-out, brush out of small mats and/or undercoat, nails trimmed, ear cleaning, anal glands, trim up face, feet, and sanitary area. Full Hair Cut services include: All of the above plus specialty shampoo, and full body trim to desired length and style. There will be an additional charge for scissor trims and specialty trims. We also offer extra amenities for an additional charge: Teeth-Brushing, Nail Grind, De-Sheading, Furminator, Soapy Blow-Out, Hot-Oil Treatment (for pets with dry skin), all natural Flea & Tick shampoos if needed. Mandatory if they do have them.
