Why are they still in business? The job was fine, but when the tub cracked again - Rick would not answer my numerous messages. Promised to return and fix it - did not show up! Very poor service. Very disappointing.

They do a very poor job and don't finish the job. Been waiting over a month to finish. Doesn't show up when they are supposed to. Very poor service and lies to you.Keep away from this one. BAD NEWS !!!! Especially don't pay him until you are satisfied.

They've done 3 tubs for me, with great success. It really is better to re-finish a cast iron/porcelain tub than to replace it with plastic, Chinese-made junk that Lowe's & HD feature. I have recommended them to several friends and family members

The service that was provided was excellent. I had 3 bathrooms refinished as well as the counter tops in the kitchen and bar area. I requested a specific color that others could not accomplish. Bath Magic went above and beyond my expectations giving my home a totally new life. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. A+ workmanship, punctuality, and above all friendly and competent.
