Provided by YP.comI can't even begin express how unsatisfied I am with the UPS store and it's management. I was completely overcharged for the service and I was charged for shipping supplies that were not including in the actual packing. The management was extremely rude. It took me calling back 4 times to get them to look into my problem, then their way of handling the problem was the manager hanging up on me. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES.
