Incorporated in 1983, SpokAnimal C.A.R.E. operates an adoption center and provides animal control services for the City of Spokane. Based in Spokane, Wash., the organization handle over 700 animals per month that includes strays and owner turn-ins. It possesses spay/neuter clinic that performs around 500 surgeries per month.
