I would caution anyone wanting Dr. Deseve's services. My now ex-wife and I came to him for help with our marriage a couple of years ago. Over the course of a year of therapy with Deseve our marriage slowly deteriorated. I noticed significant decreases in our marriage directly after sessions with Dr. Deseve. During these sessions he would frequently pick sides(both mine and my wife's) instead of staying neutral and mediating. This created even further disconnect for my wife and I. I felt it should have his job to help us solve our issues by assisting us in coming together in a way that worked for both of us. Instead he threw fuel on the fire by choosing sides and making one or sometimes both of us feel like a poor spouse. The wedge my wife and I had between us got pushed deeper and deeper over the course of the year we were with him until our marriage finally ended. So again if you are looking for help be cautious of seeking out Dr. Deseve's services. He may just make things worse.
