Serenity insurance group is by far one of the worst companies to deal with. I have had multiple car insurances but this one is the worst!! Customer care is crappy. I locked my keys in my car called to bc of my lockout they said it would take 30min to one hour at the very most. IT TOOK 2 & 1/2 hours to come from San leandro ca to hayward ca.

The staffing is nice but the ORGANIZATION as a whole is fraudulent. To get a operator on the phone wait the is 5 min. They cancelled my insurance policy by "mistake" a few times. Company is super unorganized you get what you pay for.

Cheap outta state insurance means cheap customer service.
