I have had my spa for about 6 month and I am still very happy with my purchase. I wanted a particular spa (Clearwater) and checked my local area and the Internet for the prices of that particular spa. Within the first five minutes of talking with Jeff (owner) about spas on his show room floor, I realized the prices were very reasonable. He gave me the price on the model I wanted and had seen in other dealers stores. I was a little suspicious at the low price he quited me and what he would include in the deal (free delivery, setup, start-up chemicals, cover, cover lift and steps) without me having to dicker. Others dealers wanted about $3000 more for the same options that I received from Quality Spas for free. Businesses like this will always get my business. Thank you Jeff for the great deal.
