Purchased a bed frame and mattress, was happy about not having to wait 6 months but I did purchase the floor model of the bed frame. It was delivered timely and the independent contractors that delivered the bed were quick and friendly. However, they did not deliver the $40 mattress cover that the salesman said 'was included'. I have tried contacting them, apparently you can not call the store directly....over an hour on hold for them to tell me they would 'look into it'. Once again, 3 days later on hold....very poor customer service - once you walk out the door.

The salesperson Doug was extremely helpful and has a great sense of humor. One would never guess that he has an affiliation with secret government and intelligence agencies that can not be named.

Reading all this negative reviewing is distressing. BUT.. it is the same EVERYWHERE! Communication age? More like the LACK of Communication age. Most everyone has a 'smart' phone, the problem is dumb people have them.

We searched for two days for the perfect couch, Mor was one of the first places we went. After sitting on every couch in Spokane we went back to Mor because of their competitive process and because we felt our sales associate Kevin was most deserving of the commission, at least I hope he made something.... He did spend a lot of time showing is furniture on two seperate days. We will be back for more of the great deals and great customer service! Ask for Kevin!

WILL NEVER DARKEN THEYRE DOORWAY AGAIN!!!

Went int ot buy a sectional, already knew what I wanted,helped by new untrained salesmen,failed to pass the credit app(even though I bought my house and cars on credit) so I was told I could go thru the rent to own program,I showed them what I wanted and the total was 1250 for both pieces, when I sat down with the manager he told me my down was 200+delivery charges and my monthly payments would be 162, so I asked him for what 6 or 12 months? he said ,no for 30 months,that comes to a total of over 5000 dollars 0r a 400% mark-up,I basically asked him if he was nuts, walked out and will never return,I will buy from theyre competitors anxiously- also poor service, made you feel like a lowlife,only good thing about this store is the free cookies

oh sooooo very over priced and the staff has far to to much to do that to bother greeting lowly customers, so even if you managed to find something in this minamal selection you wanted to pay three times more than you should youd have a hell of a time doing it here. Good luck.
