When I went wedding dress shopping- I went everywhere. I spent a long time at David's bridal but all their dresses felt cheap & plastic. I went to Marcella's- & after finding out my needs, the 1st dress I tried was amazing. I gave her my info & when it went on an incredible sale & another bride was eyeballing my dress- the associate gave me a call. I jumped on it & got the most amazing deal. They were very professional & went above & beyond my expectations.

I was so very Thankful for all of the help that Marcella offered. I was actually appointed by the groom to pick out a gown for my dear friend the bride, because he wanted to surprize her with a wedding. complete with all the trimmings! I found out her size and picked a gown that I knew would look awesome on her. Since she did not know she was getting married we had no way of having the dress fitted. The day of the wedding we went to the dress shop and she tried on her dress for the first time and it almost fit perfectly. But Marcella had arranged with her seamstress to stay late for us just in case there was a need for an alteration and there was. Very Minor but she sent it back for an adjustment while we did a little hair and makeup. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. The dress was amazing and pretty affordable. Wedding dresses are not cheap and they shouldn't be. You can tell when a dress is not made well, and I have seen them split open at weddings. I would rather have a well made dress purchased from a reputable shop. Totally worth the Money. I love Marsellas. I bought my dress there too!!

Maybe if I spoke to someone different I might have had a decent experience. Not only was she extremely ditzy and annoying, but was so rude when I said I had found another dress I really liked but wanted to be sure and was still looking around (as this was only my 3rd store). After we left my best friend even said it... "was it just me or was that girl completely rude?"... I of course agreed. They have snotty attitudes here for no apparent reason. Their completely rude about appointments (I actually made one ahead of time anyway, but the girl on the phone wanted to make it EXTREMELY clear when I simply ASKED if they take walk-in's), they rope of the dresses so you can't walk-in without talking to a consultant and filling out a ridiculous questionaire, (suggestion: if you want to know all these questions to better help me find a dress, just ask! Don't make me sit down with a clip board like I'm at a doctors office...), then the girl talks to you with way over the top excitement, of course I'm really excited to be doing this, but after a bit you can tell she's being completely fake to you and that's just more offensive. They don't carry designer dresses either, they offer to alter or change anything because apparently the owner is a seamstress. I didn't like that idea personally, it makes me nervous to spend that much money and hope when she adds or takes something off it will look ok.

They act sweet and helpful until they get your money. None of the bridesmaid dresses fit and they wouldn't do anything about it even though they ordered all the wrong sizes. This was completely their wrong doing and were not will to help. I even offered to pay for shipping. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

We ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses at Marcella's. They took the measurements of the girls but when we got the dresses two of them did not fit, we could not even zip them up. The company (out of China) makes the dresses really small. When I asked to exchange to of the dresses Marcella and her employees were no help. They basically told me I was SOL. She said the company out of China does not take returns so too bad! She told me to alter them but she did not offer to alter them for free. She said my bridesmaids should have ordered a bigger size. We ordered the sizes the consultant, who should be the professional and know better, recommended us to purchase. They are no help and Marcella just looks at you like you are stupid when you ask for help.

This place we picked because of the great service. The owner herself came out and helped dress my bridesmaids. She even helped with what dresses would look great on what figures. She pinned things up and tried to help us imagine in different colors. Everyone was Very helpful here. Kind of wishing I bought my dress here. The only thing is they are a little spendy but it was totally worth it!!!
