Jose and Brandon trespassed on private areas of my property that were not being serviced and then left garbage on my lawn. Their work is shoddy and their demeanor is unprofessional. Please see the listing for 3828 E Broad for other reviews. It's the same company.

So I hired Four Seasons Lawn & Tree Care to fertilize my yard and kill weeds. Seems simple, right? Fertilizer went great! I spent a lot of time and money on my yard over the past 3 years to get it looking great. Last 2 years was with True Green, should have never left them, they did great! Due to budget I was going to go without outside yard care this year, but Four Seasons said they would give me a price that fit my budget so I went with them. 3 days after they sprayed "weed killer" on my yard, it started to die. And not die totally, no, it died in a marbled spray pattern. Their manager came out and said, and I quote, "Oh no, this is a chemical burn and we did this" and at first glance said that they would probably have to re-sod. Well, we are 5 weeks into this fight. They re-seeded (really, toss seed at it? I could have done that) Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They were kind enough to leave me a timer. Now I live in Suncrest, our yards out here are 3/4 of an acre to a whole acre. I don't have a sprinkler system. So what is this non-programmable timer going to do for me here? It wont turn the water back on every 4 hours like they said it has to. This timer wont move the sprinkler for me. I have a full time job. Their manager Bob said if I don't keep this seed wet and water every 4 hours, I will not get the seed to grow. I asked for a few programmable timers and more hose and sprinklers to help me out and he said all this is my fault, that I should quit contacting him and that really my yard died due to me not watering in the first place. Do you remember all the rain we had in April and the first part of May? Were people around town having lawns die due to not watering yet?? NO! My lawn has never looked like this, not even in August when the heat is at its peak and you must water every drop. My lawn is dead in a spray pattern (a very bad pattern I must say), there is very tall green grass where they didn't put this weed killer, so how is this my fault for not watering? This company is a SCAM. They ruined my yard and now they are walking away from it. Oh, and they just sent me a bill for the fertilizer and weed killer. I have recently found out that they did this to 5 to 7 others in Suncrest. What do I have to do to get this company to fix what they broke? Well, joke is on them, all it would have taken were a few programmable timers to make me happy. This game is on Four Seasons!! The owner will not step up and contact me even though I have asked for him/her to get in touch with me. I think that Bob the manager is hiding this from the owner. Not a company I would deal with if given the chance. Spend a couple more dollars and go with True Green. My yard looked great with them! If you want more information, please feel free to email me. Feel free to call Four Seasons Lawn & Tree Care also and ask them why they will not take care of a customer that they failed. Ask them why they feel they can ruin a yard and walk away. Update: 5-30-14 Had to contact the BBB and file a formal complaint. So sad that they could have just given me to tools to help me fix the yard they ruined. Now I am demanding they pull out ALL of our yard and re-sod. They must also give me a way to water all of this as well.
