Most of my experience is with the store on North Division, but I couldn't find a link that would let me review it.

Over the years, I have purchased a lawn mower, a snow blower, a Traeger grill, and miscellaneous parts and accessories from Country Homes Power on north Division. I have been very satisfied with my purchases and with the follow-up service I’ve received when I take my equipment in for routine maintenance. My mower still starts on the first pull, in part because it’s a Honda and in part because of the quality maintenance it gets from Country Homes Power. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for quality equipment, good prices, and excellent service.

We have had a good experiences with Garth Selden and the staff at Country Homes Power.

They helped us get two different lawn mowers.

The first one was a Honda mower for our home and the second mower for our rental property. both times we received the advice and help to get what we needed too get the best equipment for our use. We received good service at a fair price. Good people here I would recommend them highly when looking for power tools.

Horrible service. Sold us a 5 year old mower as "new". We used it twice and it was leaking gas. They would not help, they wouldn't refund us, give us a new one, or fix the mower for free. When we told them we were going to contact the BBB, they banned us from the store for "threatening them".

Excellent customer service. Sales knowledge of product and all questions answered professionally. After delay in reciept of snowblower, was kept informed when actual delivery would be available. And because of delay, I was compensated, without asking, with an upgrade in maintenance. I also received a courtesy call for their appreciation of my purchase. Good job...
