Provided by YP.comTook my machine in for repair on August 20 .i was told it would be 3 weeks , its Oct 3 and still no repairs done. I called a few times they keep saying the end of the week.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and kind enough to give me her personal opinion regarding my consideration of purchasing a machine that is described as "needing a tune up to run"
