I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED WITH A SHOP. THEY LISTEN TO YOU.... I LIVE IN POST FALLS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING MY CAR TO THEM. I GO TO WORK PRIOR TO THE SHOP OPENING AND I LEAVE AFTER THE SHOP IS CLOSED. THEY HELP ME WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS OF GETTING MY CAR SERVICED AND ALWAYS LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO PRIOR TO DOING IT. LET ME JUST SAY IF YOU WANT GREAT HONEST SERVICE AND SOMEONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR CARS

A month ago, the water pump on my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer went out. I took my SUV in, told them the problem, and they had it fixed by 11am the next morning. I identified the problem and had my wife call around to different shops to get quotes ... they were the most knowledgeable about the problem and also very fair in price. This shop has earned our repeat business!!

Best shop I have ever been to. They came in under budget and had the car done early. They were great at keeping me informed on the status of my car and treated me like a person and not just the car owner, which I feel at other shops. I had my 97 Audi A6 checked out at another garage which said the car looked great. A day later it would not start. I looked around for a good mechanic and picked Botzon's. Man am I glad I did. The people at Botzons were so freindly and helpful. The owner Bud even drove the same car I did and had a ton of info about it for me. I was very happy with how well the shop kept me informed about the status of my car. They said it would take them around 3 days to get it fixed. Wrong, it only took one day and was less money than I expected. They got the part in early and had it fixed the same day. I was so happy with Botzons and will recommend it to everyone I know. I've always preferred the independent mechanic to the dealer, for obvious reasons of price and service, but have lately been left wanting on the knowledge and competance part. The work Botzon's has done on our company vehicles and my personal 97 Turbo Diesel truck changed that opinion to the good. They know their stuff and are priced better, too!

My husband and I came out to find our Blazer wouldn't start and as a past insurance adjuster I knew towing would pay to the nearest facility. Was that a mistake!!! When we got the estimate for repair it was in the $3,000 range (of course dealership pricing). After heart failure we contacted Bud who not only met my husband at the shop to pick it up but effectively got it to run long enough to get it to his shop. A day later the repairs were completed and the bill was approx. $800. Not only did he go the EXTRA but his CUSTOMER SERVICE was over and above the norm. Ray and Cindy Glidden

For the past 9 years, Botzon's has provided me with excellent quality service and value. From major engine work(jumped timing chain) to brakes, Botzon's has always been conscientious of costs and getting the job done right the first time. I have recommended them to friends and they have been equally satisfied.

I have been taking both of our cars (Dodge Minivan and Subaru Forester) to Botzon's for a long time and I must say that no car repair shop I have ever visited comes even close in the quality of service. Their prices are also very good - I used to pay about double with the Dealer around the corner (Dishman Dodge) for the same repair or maintenance, not to mention unneccessary repairs this Dealer was trying to sell me. All Botzon's employees are extremelly knowledgable and have the highest levels of integrity. It is so rare to find a car mechanic these days who always tells you how it is and does not try to upsell you the stuff you don't need or overcharges you. I am so glad to have found this gem and will keep giving them my business for as long as I live in Spokane.Paul

Our whole family uses Botzon's Automotive and we love the service! We are always consulted on what is to be fixed and the cost before the work is done. I also like when I get an oil change the tech tells me on my bill other items to work on to help prevent other problems down the road and listed as to the importance of each one. I asked for a dianostic but instead ended up paying 100 dollars for them to change out a spark plug. I could have justified the 100 dollars if the diagnostic had been done and that had been the problem from that but the labor prices are outrageous and will not be going back to them.

If you want a good shop you can trust then try Botzon's. They know what they are doing and back up their work. They work on foreign and domestic.

Great people and great service. Honest and reasonable estimates given. It is a shop I trust. Highly recommend!
