Went to several other businesses and found that they send their rear end work to Bill's. Went to the source and am glad I did. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very reasonable price and fast. Replaced the clutches in my'99 Ford Expedition in about 2 hours!!! Thank you guys for terrific work and thank you Steve for putting up with me!

I usually would not write a review. My name is Tom Fowler and I drove a great distance to Bills . I was deeply impressed by the service and staff.My part was in stock and delivered as promised . They took EXTRA care to make sure it was loaded and gave me great directions for my trip home I drove all across Washington to get to Bill's and I would gladly do it again

The guys at Bill's are all amazing. I needed to find an almost impossible to find transmission for my husbands truck. I called and they actually found me one. After a huge shipping incident the trans arrived broken. Well I called them back and that same day they actually located another one for me. This time they helped me by arranging the shipping for me and had it shipped to their shop. It was such a great experience working with these guys! Trust me when I say its not easy for a woman that knows absolutely nothing about mechanics and they treated me with respect! I would and WILL recommend them to anyone I know in the future. Thank you all for your help!

Mr. Steve Spaulding and crew have welcomed the Cusick High School Automotive classes with welcome arms for the past 6 years. Not only have they allowed us to tour the facility, Mr. Spaulding has given freely of his time to speak with each class sharing with the students his wealth of knowledge concerning the automotive recycling industry. He also supports us with many thousands of dollars worth of automotive parts for the students to use in their classes. Steve and crew are good friends and we appreciate them all. I went to Bills Auto Parts as part of a field trip for 3 years in a row twice a year. Each time I have visited the yard was well organized and it was very easy to find the parts that we were required to find by our instructor. Bill's Auto Parts has been a major help to our autobody/automotive classes in Cusick WA. If they werent as generous as they are we wouldnt have these classes. Thank you!

Bills has always satisfied my needs and I happen to know all the counter guys personally so I truly believe autoguy is making up a little story about his treatment from the counter. I wasn't aware that Bills was in the business to loan parts until you find the color you want from someone else. Sounds like autoguy was just trying to scam the honest people at Bills.

I bought rear door for my car and then found matching color elsewhere. When I came back to return it the next day I was told to f... off! The salesman was as rude as it gets. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

I broke my mirror off my truck last week. A friend of mine recommended bills to me. They were very helpful and got me a new mirror in no time. I highly recommend this place.

I have purchased parts twice from Bills and highly recommend them. Drew & Steve at the counter are great, Chris in the yard knows the place inside out. Bills only had one of 4 items I recently needed but sent me to another wreckers that was able to fill the order. Bills rounded up the parts and had them shipped even though I didn't buy them there.Great service!!

This web site is so easy for me to look through. I'm not technology or car smart, so its great to have a web site thats easy to use and understand. Its makes one stop shopping easy because they have links to ebay, their store, their inventory, etc. The guys at bills are also wonderful. Helped me a ton!!
