Had a issue at first, We understood it was not their fault but as soon as we let them know about the problem they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used truck

We went into the sale these people were having at the old Newport cinema place. My husband said this is what I need and am looking for. They found us exactly what we wanted and needed. We got a great deal on it. It was an older rig and we signed many papers that we were buying it 'as is'. My husband is a mechanic. We can deal with 'as is'. They promised us they would detail it and put some new tires on it which they did. They then did a safety inspection on it. It did not pass. We had already paid for it. Mind you we purchased as is. What happened next is totally unbelievable. They fixed it at no cost to us and it was not a cheap fix. We were very well prepared to pay for it or at least half. They said it was ok. Still in shock about it. If I know of anyone looking for a car from a lot I will send them here. They are a 6 star company!

First class salesmen over at Arrottas Automax. When buying a car in Spokane this is the place to shop. I would recommend Automax.

Automax/Clickit Rv sold us a piece of sh*t the 1997 motor home they were selling was $12,900 but we got it for $8,500 when we started it up it sounded a little rough the salesman told us it just needed a runner-up which was fine a good so we got it home and my boyfriend went to get it into the motor home and he fell on his back the steps broke right off and the awning we had it out but when we tried to close a bolt was broke had to fix it so the awning would close and the propane tank hose leaked and it was full of mold cause it leaked in the back closet which we didn't know about we though it had just been closed up to long we were afraid to take it anywhere didn't know what else would go wrong with it so we took it to a different rv dealer to sell but had to use it as a trade in on something else they are the ones who said that it was full of mold and soak and wet in the back closet Automax/Clickit Rv knew what they were selling we weren't really interested cause we were looking for a smaller tv but they hounded and lowered the price tremendously that we couldn't pass up the deal we will never ever buy anything from them ever again and we are going to tell other people not to buy from them either that place is a rip off so I encourage all not to buy from the crooks like I said they knew that the motor home was a piece of sh*t
