Had a 15-year-old GE front loader washer. The spider had failed and no replacement was available (a common issue). Selling the home in a few years. Wanted an inexpensive, top loader, direct drive, with analog controls. The owner was a big help, no upselling, quick transaction, and the washer was loaded on my trailer. The washer works great. Thank you.

WORST USED APPLIANCE PLACE EVER. Ed, the owner, talks a mean game about customer service and does NOT deliver. I bought a supposedly brand new dishwasher that had the case damaged in back which they fixed with fiberglass. They did not test it AT ALL. I know this because the tape and paper was still inside the machine. The unit was probably dropped bc the heating element was broken. The 90 day warranty is IN SHOP ONLY. So after having it installed professionally I had to take it out, bring it in. TWO WEEKS LATER they get it back to me after I have to call several times to take home and pay to reinstall. They forgot to give me the water hook up back. I go there for the fourth time while my repair guy waits on the clock. Get it come back home. NO. FRONT. PLATE. I call back and tell them I think they should bring it by my house. He refuses and isn’t even sure he has the right one. WORST SLOPPIEST SERVICE EVER. I had discussed helping the guy with his marketing before. No way in hell I would help these guys get more business. I think he lost my part bc he kept making excuses about not being there when it was taken out. YOU HAVE NO SYSTEM FOR KEEPING TRACK OF PARTS?

these guys have always been great to deal with and have gotten me really good deals on used parts multiple times when a person was tight on money and had no other option to fix a machine!

I came in to get a frig because mine died a week earlier and the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure I got a better one than I was expecting for the money and he cut the price for me that is very cool thanks again!

We bought a fridge for one thousand dollars, partly because the water was in the door of the french doors. We'd been looking specifically for that. We were told at the store that their warranty does not cover the ICE machine (which works). When we got it plugged in the water does NOT work. When we called about it we were told (rudely) they consider the ice and the water the same thing. Huh, the heart and lungs are part of the cardiovascular system, but they are not the same thing. After lots of visits by repairmen, we were told today that it is not fixable and they probably knew it. We feel robbed, both of our money and of our trust. I would NEVER recommend a purchase from this business.

My husband and I were loyal customers, having bought several appliances . Recently the we had a problem with the dryer but it still ran. We decided to buy a new washer/dryer from a large retailer. A family member was in need of a freezer so we had recommended your business. We told them take our washer and dryer for a trade in, which when purchased we were told they give cash/trade on used appliances running or not. The washing machine was not even 2 years old and in great shape. The dryer did need a repair but still worked, and the freezer didn't run but could be used for parts. They were offered 20 dollars for all 3, the washer almost new. Since they had loaded all 3 appliances up and wasted the gas they took the offer so they wouldn't have to haul them home. I was stunned at how poorly our family was treated. When they say we will buy/trade your old/new appliances, what they really mean is screw loyal customers and treat referrals poorly. We know how hard it is to run a small local business and make a profit, we own a small local business our selves. We will never use or recommend your business again. Really 20 dollars for a new Kenmore washing machine!! Never ever waste your time with this business.

This place is great wonderful service and knowledgeable workers. It's a great environment with excellent prices and appliances. Will be referring to all my friends and family.

I think this establishment does a great job and went above and beyond for me to ensure that I was satisfied with my used Dishwasher purchase. As state, I purchased a used Dishwasher and due to my own installation errors, I couldn't get it to work once installed. The gentleman that helped me with the purchase did state to me that the machine was checked thoroughly before placing it on the sales floor. He also stated that 99% of the time, it's installation error when a customer calls stating that the appliance doesn't work. However, the gentleman did stop by that evening, on his own time, after work to look at the Dishwasher and determined quickly that I had no power coming to the machine. It took me 5 minutes to hunt for the disconnect wire in the power box and the Dishwasher ran fine! So, he was correct, but still went out of his way to help and didn't charge me for coming out to the residence to take a look at the Dishwasher! It's a tough business selling reconditioned appliances and I witnessed, while I was in the store, people being very rude and short with the guy at the counter. Bottom line, I think Appliance Recycling & Wholesale is a great business to work with and is the best option if buying new appliances is out of your price range.If you treat people the way you want to be treated, it's amazing what the results can be.

I have been buying all my appliances here for over 20 years and they are a GREAT Christian ran company. They have great customer service and great appliances and that's just the facts! So please don't let 2 bad feed back change your mind about shopping here. Think about it, they've sold thousands of items and that's a lot of HAPPY PEOPLE!

I'm tired of other companies hiring or asking friends and family to write bad reviews against hard working small business owners who are just trying to live the so called American dream of actually making a mark in this country. To any of you who say that your appliance guarantee wasn't honored I'm sure it had a lot to do with the way you approached the situation or the claim that you sabotaged the piece of machinery was validated by a trained repair tech who has no reason to lie about his job to you or for his job. I have done business with this establishment for several years and have nothing but the highest regard for it's employees and owner who have honored there word to me in every purchase I have ever made from them.

I have to say that I have been doing business with them for over 15 years. I am a landlord and make a fair amount of purchases from them and I have been more than satisfied I still have appliances from them that go way back. I would say they have been good to me and I will keep going back.

I have been doing business with these guys for years. I just thought I should let everyone know they have been amazing. They have always given me a great deal. The appliances have been very reliable. Great Job Guys.

Steer Clear! We bought a used washer for over 400 bucks with a 3 month warranty and it failed after 2 months. No problem, right? The short version is that we loaded in the truck, took it over, and they wouldn't even take it off the truck to look at it. They accused us of purposely damaging it and refused to honor the warranty. We had to bring the damaged washer back home. Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. We are just going to buy a new washer now because my wife is so upset.

SHOPHERE IF YOU NEED APPLIANCES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GREAT DEAL I GOT THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME AND THE PRICES WERE REALLY INEXPENSIVE AND THEY EVEN GAVE ME ADVICE TO HELP PROTECT MY APPLIANCE SO IT WOULD LAST LONGER I WOULD MOST ASSUREDLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! The fridge we purchased broke, but that is besides the point. The customer service is extremely terrrible. Once the $$ has been exchanged, the customer service goes down the drain. We received nothing but empty promises that our fridge would be fixed or another fridge would be sent to our house. We were put off multiple times, always "promising" another product or at least a returned phone call. You would be very fortunate to receive another product or your funds back if something should happen to your first purchase. Advice: dont shop here!!!
