This is by far the best, and easiest property management company I have ever dealt with. They are so helpful and are quick to get issues resolved!

This is by far the best company I have found to rent from. They are very attentive and will have any issues fixed quickly.

I am not a tenet and will not be a tenet. This is just a warning to possible home owners looking for a property management company. I tried to see a house they are managing to possibly lease from them. Getting a hold of them is a joke and trying to find a time that works for THEM to view the property is even worse. I guess we do live in a day where customer service is no longer good business. Sad, I would suggest you secretly try to view a rental property before having them manage yours. You will not get through on the first call and they will not reply to emails for at least a day if not longer. When you do get ahold of someone ask for a showing at 5 pm or later or better yet on the weekend. It will not happen.

The property manager was not trustworthy and had no integrity. They double billed us on receipts and the statements didn't make a lot of sense. They changed the format of the statements to make it hard to understand. Due to the other rental properties they have, they talk renters into moving from one property to another which in turn costs the owners more because the property manager gets half the first month's rent with a new lease. I would never recommend them to anyone!

This is the best property manager we ever found. Very attentive. They alway answer the phone. Always answer all my questions. We had a very difficult tenant. Couldn't get them out of our house. All Star got them out & now we have great tenants thanks to All Star. We would recommend them to any one.

I BEIEVE THAT GIEVE PARKER IS WRONG THE WAY SHE TOOK OUR MONEY AND TURN AROUND AND PUT ME AND MY FAMILY OUT ON THE STREETS MY CHECK GOT MESSED UP WITH SSI AND THEY ARE ISSUE A NEW CHECK AND ME AND MY KIDS STILL HAVE TO MOVE THANK YOU MRS PARKER.

My previous property management companies had always dropped the ball by not calling me back, not doing proper upkeep on my property, and not properly screening tenants. It is refreshing to work with a professional company like All Star Property Management that treats me with the respect I deserve and protects my investment I worked so hard to get. I would strongly recommend them!

All Star Property Mgmt. was very dillgent & responsive in dealing with an existing tenant that was very hard to deal with. They helped me to eventually evict this tenant that was damaging my rental& help me restore the property to a better condition then it was before.

All Star Property Management was able to get $150 more for my duplex than I was previously receiving from another property management company and was able to find pre-screened applicants quickly.

All Star Property Management was very diligent and responsive in dealing with an existing tenant that was very hard to deal with. They helped me eventually evict this tenant that was damaging my rental and helped me restore the property to a better condition then it was before.

If you are looking for a property manager All Star is the company for you. They are taking great care of my property. Got us a great tenant. Very very happy with them.

These people are unreliable thives who take peoples money and then never return or answer there phone when it comes to returning the money that they've taken.

As a american I truly feel it is my duty to warn you about this company. I know landlord tenant laws very well and I can count atleast five they have broken. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, vindictive company for anything in my life. They not only harrass you but also lie about your charector.If you are thinking of using them for your personal or business propertys please be warned that they act in a unprofessional harassing manner and they dont care about what the laws state. They move forward regardless of the circumstance over reasons that are petty.Also they dont fix things in even a remotely reasonable time frame no matter how dangerous the situation.Please continue with caution and keep in mind they are very good sales people.

ASPM really helped us. After all the problems we have had finding & keeping good tenants it's nice to know that we don't have to worry about our duplex any more. ASPM Found tenants repaired the all defects in each unit. We would recommend ASPM to any one.

Nice to see a real property mgmt. That has your best interest in mind. They really work for you.

All Star is the best property mgmt comp. They found a great tenant & even got us more rent foe our home then we thought we could get.
