The guys at imports are super nice and helpful. Thank you so much for guiding me in the right direction, and for selling me the right stuff.

Agreed to sell me an item but then made up a lie because they never had the item in the first place available for sale. Do not trust their inventory - it is inaccurate and they are dishonest - they will make up a lie and blame you for the fact that they did not have it in inventory.

Jayden in parts did a super cool job and fast to, finding a obsolete 10 lug wheel is not easy. As always the team there is the best! And do a great job, thanks guys!

First of all I ordered a part for my car from amazon.com. The part came to my house on the scheduled date, which I was very impressed. When I took the part to my mechanic and we opened the box it realized it was the wrong part. I immediately got the number off of the shipping information and began calling the company to try and get the correct part, no happenings. I called for two days leaving messages and still got no reply. I then got in touch with amazon who was very helpful. The next day I got an email from the company telling me they didn't have the part I needed and I could send the part back for a full refund. I emailed them back asking for a return label, I got a reply back stating they do not send reply labels but they gave me the information where to mail it to. So I had to spend $31.16 to send back a wrong part that was sent to me for an item that I spent $54.00 on, only to get to the post office to find out that the company gave me the wrong zip code. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they not know their zip code but the phone number on the shipping label was someone's cell phone, which I later found out after investigating this company. I will never deal with this company again.

Do not ever buy anything from this company. We bought a rebuilt transmission and paid a lot of money just over a year later had to put over a 1000 into it. Our warranty was just 2 months expired and they would not help us at all. Now we have to rebuild another one so this transmission will have costed us 7000 bucks before its over. Will not shop here again.

The service is amazing had some family come visit from Minnesota and broke down in Spokane they were closed at the time but got a hold of someone who said they would be there at 9 915 in the morning they showed up roadside right on time with part in hand had it fixed within an hour my brother was 100% satisfied and would recommend them any day of the week

The customer service at spaldings is crap they do not know how to treat you they were rude and couldn't even find my parts I had to go into the yard and find them myself more often than not I will try to use Bill's

these guys have tons of parts. I have trouble finding some of the more common stuff there sometimes but they will usually warranty out any major parts like transmissions and engines. wish they would pay for the labor though.
