Went to them to get a quote for granite countertops awhile back. Felt pushed by salesperson, Jake, towards a granite that was a step or two up from what we said our price range was. Asked him to do quotes for 2 or 3 different granite slabs. When he called with the quote, we stated "I think that is higher than we were looking to spend." He stated, word for word, "If I knew price mattered, I would not have worked hard to help you". Yikes! If he had not said this, we would have asked him to price the granite at the the lower price point. Needless to say, we went with a different company and got a high quality granite countertop with beautiful worksmanship for a lower price because they were not doing the same % markup of the granite (labor price was about the same).

We changed our business name to RW Gallion inc. Instead of RW Gallion Floors inc. We do more granite counter tops, kitchen and bath remodeling than floors.
