I called Monday Nov 10th to have my sprinklers blown out. They said they would be there that wed the 12th to do it. Wed came and went and I had no idea if they ever did the job. Received a call from a guy Monday Nov 17th saying premier hadn't done it and he would be over wed the 19th but I need to be home. Took a half day off work for this to be done and he showed up around 11. Here i am filling up pots with hot water to unfreeze my pipes. Not what i intended to do or pay for!! Turns out he doesn't work for premier. They called him to do it because they were no longer blowing out sprinklers. Good to know!! Talk about horrible communication. Not a good way to run a business!! Won't use them ever again. I will be sure to call the guy who ended up doing the job for them though! Thanks for giving your business away to someone better premier!

Worst customer service ever!!! After trying to call and make a complaint about almost getting hit by a company truck, I was told there was no manager I could talk to and then was hung up on. I have never been treated like this by a company before and am appalled that any business would hang up on a customer. I will never be taking any business I have to them, and would not recommend anyone go here unless you want to be treated terribly. If I could give negative stars of rating they would have quite a few at this point.
