These people have rediculous high prices on most items. Available at napa and auto zone for less. 15.00 sockets made in china Snap on prices get the picture? I don't know about this store in general but the company is bad news. I purchased parts on 3/11 paid by debit and left with nothing! They claimed their process machine was down nation wide. Wrong a lie! It took my money out of my account immediately and I showed the employee on my iPhone app where it hard posted to my account. This means the transfer was immediate to Oreilly and non-reversible unless disputed at the Visa card Co. After seeing with their own eyes they took the funds they sent me out without what I had purchased. The company when cornered stated the money (request hold would drop off in a week) a lie as they know they had the funds already and need only look at their transaction report for that day to be positive. Now one week later they have done nothing, just took my money and I have nothing to show for it. Fraud comes to mind also theift would likely be applicatable. Don't let these clowns steal your money and leave you walking after they take your repair money!
