Provided by YP.comI called this Macys to ask a question at the Clinique counter and after selecting my department, I got transferred to another department so the woman that answered the phone was going to transfer me over and failed to do so. When I asked if i should call back she was a little rude and said yes. Why is it so hard to get customer service these days...and why are all Macys so bad at it?

Provided by YP.comMacy's is the only store that I have found in the Valley area that carries my brand of perfume. The store clerks are always so pleasant and helpful.
