I like their service . its fast i think her name is rachel im not done paying my order but my order is already done and shes nice and friendly and funny girl. I just dont like the manager so rude ! And the bathroom looks really old and stink.

Most of the employees are friendly, but that manager is horrible. She is never polite, is quite rude and abrasive. Employees look tense/worried when she is talking with them. Corporate or DM needs to take a closer look at this store.
Food portion on the 3 piece tenders was quite disappointing (see photo)

poor service manager is very rude

The all you can eat is never serviced to full and the manager is rude to customers and employees I would not recommend for anyone eating there.

I had my 25 th Anniversary on Aug 17 2013 you made our food for friday and saturday and not only was the manager at the valley kfc very friendly and helpful the food was wonderful the cost was very good and we got alot of comments on how good it was we had chicken on friday and pulled chicken on saturday thank you guys so much for all your help and kindness i will use you on or next event good job
