I took my dog in to Julia's jungle to get her nails cut and my dog HATES having her nails done, Megan came out and I said my dog hates that and the last time she had it done she got cut :( so Megan took some time to say hi to my dog and then she told me how I could help by holding my dog and just talk to her telling her is will be okay. Megan got the nails done in less then 2 mins and didnt cut my dog one time. she was so fast my dog didnt even know that she got it done THANK YOU so much Megan !!! then Megan told me to being my dog back in, in two weeks so we can cut them again so we can get the nails shorter. I am always going to take my dog to julia's jungle, you should do the same

Made the mistake of going here: Never again will I take my dogs to Julia's Jungle - Took my pomerian to be bathed and trimmed - when I got her back she was completly SHAVED...Not only that but Cindy, the groomer, states that was what was on the note we gave, but interesting they can't find the note that states trimmed and bathed. They will NOT refund me my money for shaving my dog, Josh, the office manager stated that it is common for people to shave pomeranian's... Really?? When she weighs 4 lbs and it is 10 degrees outside? Wake up dumbass - maybe people do that in the summer. I am one pissed off mama. Took me 2 years of grooming her to get the beautiful long coat of hair she had.

I took both of my dogs to Julia's Jungle and had them groomed recently. The service was great and the prices are competitive. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, not the usual sad and upset dogs that I pick up from my old groomer. I will be taking both of my pups here going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent grooming.

I decided to give Julia's Jungle a try after hearing rave reviews from a friend. Somehow, during the proess, they partially tore his dew-claw and broke it in two. I had to take him to my vet to have it removed at a cost of $240. I notified them of the injury and their only response was that I should have brought him to their vet and they would have taken care of the problem at no cost. But if I needed more antibiotics for him, they would give me those for free. REALLY? This is customer service?? I didn't expect to have my vet cost covered, but I did expect the offer of some type of grooming service at no cost. However, on second thoughy, why would I give them another opporutnity to injure my dog? Never again! (If I could give 0 stars I would, but that is not an option)

I don't know anything about the boarding or grooming, but think they do a wonderful service by taking in animals and adopting them out with all their up to date shots, spayer/neutered, micro chips for a very reasonable price. We donate newspapers to them all the time.

Very reasonable on grooming - takes wonderful care of the animals and will always go back. Dr Julia and staff are wonderful!
