I'm a painting contractor in Spokane and I use Jimmy's roofing when a customer of mine needs roof work done. They are very dependable, skilled and will answer the phone when you need them most! I just called to have them fix a leaky roof and they were all over it! Most of the time its like pulling teeth to get work done. If you need your roof repaired or need a new one, Jimmy's is the way to go, they are highly recommended!

Jimmy's was referred by an individual working for a neighbor. I called Jimmy's and an estimator came out right away - he took pictures to take back to the office - they made this decision. The division manager came out, looked the roof over and showed the pictures and explained what would be done. An estimator was sent to me via email with a breakdown of cost for each thing that needed to be done. Sheldon stopped by and confirmed and explained everything - I signed the contract at that time! Ethan came and did the repairs. He was very professional and focused on his job. When he finished, he showed me the picture of his work that he took back to Jimmy's - I want to thank Patrick, Sheldon and Ethan for their friendliness, thoroughness and professionalism. Thank God and Jimmy's team, no leaks in the past two rains!

The crew was great to work with; communication with Tim and Patrick were consistent throughout the project. Our yard was cleaner after the project than before. All questions or concerns were promptly addressed and handled to our satisfaction. Quality of work appears excellent. Thank you!

Excellent work from the bid process to roof completion. Everyone was extremely professional and happily/completely answered any questions or concerns I had. Working with Jimmy's was a pleasure and our roof is not only beautiful, but quality too!

Like all great projects, starting is the hardest part. After snow on day 1, rain on day 2, things finally got rolling on day 3. With an exceptional crew (Tim and Mike), tear-off went pretty smooth and their attention to detail, clean-up at the end of each day, and overall professionalism speaks highly of them, and the company. While on the job they were 100% committed to getting the job done each day regardless of the questionable weather they had to endure. With the challenging fix they had to do to the sagging corners, both Mike and Tim held their resolve and created a solution that was not only effective, but pleased my wife with the "look" of the solution. They both definitely know their stuff and work very well together. Combined with Matt's great help and follow up, the project could be called nothing but a "Complete Success", the roof is line is smart, classy, and even the neighbors have commented on how nice the roof looks. The entire crew "Matt, Tim and Mike" are to be commended for their attention to detail, daily clean-up and highest standards we've seen in Customer service in quite a while. Jimmy's will most definitely be touted at work as the place to get a quality roof.

Jim was very helpful. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Because I only had a certain amount of money I could use, they called me as promised to make sure I agreed on what they were going to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having your roof replaced is never a relaxing project. But Jimmy’s Roofing made it as easy and pleasant as possible! The crew was so professional and responsive that it made it easy to just leave it in their capable hands. I cannot recommend Jimmy’s Roofing highly enough.

At first they seemed a bit high until we really looked at what we would be getting. I have never seen such a detailed quote (to include pictures of problem areas) from a contractor, none-the-less, a roofing contractor. We could tell right away that details were extremely important to Jimmy of Jimmy’s Roofing, and details were important to us.



After we had given the go-ahead for Jimmy’s Roofing to start our project we scheduled a start date. When that date arrived we were greeted by three extremely nice gentlemen who introduced themselves, asked if there were any questions, and then proceeded with the project. I was pleasantly surprised by their politeness, attention to safety, and how clean and organized they left things at the end of each day. We ended up with a great “roofing” experience, (I never thought I would say that), and an AWESOME looking roof.



I would highly recommend Jimmy’s Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

Everything went perfectly from the estimate process to the final walk around. The proposal process was the most professional I have seen. The communication was also excellent.

There isn’t anything I can say that did not go perfectly, including resolution of problems that inevitably come up.

We have a 24,000 sq. foot commercial building in Moses Lake. We had a problem finding anyone to give us a bid on the repairs needed, until we found Jimmy’s Roofing. They did temporary repairs until we could have the entire roof recoated this summer.

In addition to quality workmanship, they have excellent customer service. Always communicating with us and sending us pictures of the work done, as we live out of state. We will be using them for all our maintenance needs in the future and highly recommend them. D and J Singer.

Jimmy’s roofing has done an exceptional job on our new roof. The foreman was on top of things and communicated daily. Without a doubt, the crew is the finest in Spokane. Al the work was completed in the time promised. The landscape was not damaged and the entire job site was clean and clear of debris daily. Jimmy’s Roofing came highly recommended.

It is not often we have an experience that can be rated five stars from beginning to end but our new roof by Jimmy’s deserves such a rating. They were winners in every category: pricing, product, workmanship, work ethic, professionalism, and customer satisfaction were all top notch. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they have gained a loyal customer.

With 3 different contractors working on 3 different projects this spring (a new deck, adding a sun room, & re-roofing the house and garage), I could find a few things say about each. I could criticize a few things with one, a lot of criticism for the other, and only compliments for the employees and the job well done by Jimmy’s Roofing. Very professional. Thanks a ton.
