Don't shop jelwery at JC Penny. My fiancé got my ring from there and we've been highly disappointed! First, they sized my ring wrong twice so total time gone was OVER A MONTH. Then, my fiancé was like we should make this a three piece set( it came as a two) so I go to ask the first time if we can buy the band separately and they said no. I go in the next time to get it cleaned, oh I THINK your diamonds are lose, something you should KNOW NOT THINK! Anyways I have been going around looking for another band and I've found places, but JC Penny is now saying well if you put them together then your lifetime warranty is gone. THEN SELL ME YOUR BAND!!!! They also, don't do engraving for men's bands, so if we got it done somewhere else, his warranty would be gone too. Anyways, overall it has been an extremely bad experience and I HIGHLY recommend you do not shop there, especially for engagement and wedding!!!!!!!

The best salon experience ive ever had from walking in the door to leaving, was at this jc penney salon. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the stylist did exactly what I wanted. Very good work, I will be back!

I shop here when ever I need clothes for myself or our family. They have a good selection and great prices.
