Love it! The lady that works there is such a Sweetie! My two kids love this place. My daughter is ten now and still likes to go with her 5yr old little brother

This place is my go to place to let my kid blow off some energy, If I don't have the energy myself to do something like Skyhigh. The staff is very attentive.... I've never seen kids unattended in recent years. In fact, at their Northtown facility- I think my kid gets better attention than most preschools offer. I always stayed with my child until he was 4 years old (just because it is a wide age range, and it's not a daycare-- and it's only $3 an hour!). But now I drop him off and he loves it. When i was spending time there (parent play) I saw the girls clean plenty. In fact a few years ago there was one girl that drove me nuts running around with the cleaning chemicals constantly- she's gone! now). If you use the bathroom or need to borrow the changing table, it's always clean. The only reason my son doesn't go all the time is that sometimes all the kids choose to watch a movie, and I won't pay to have my kid watch tv. If I need to shop- then yeah, I'll pay to leave him there, but i won't make a special trip for him to go play unless there are enough kids to make it fun. If I ask them to not let my son play videos, they honor that request and try to shoo him from the tv too. Which I really appreciate.

I have never had a problem wit...

I have never had a problem with this facility. I just want to make that clear. As far as cleanliness goes, it's no different than a public park. For those germafobes who fear their children getting sick at a park or school playground then please don't waste the caretaker's time at this facility with your nonsense on cleanliness. I personally have witnessed the tables and chairs being wiped down near closing. Drop In & Play is convenient for me and the staff has always been fun and kind to my son(they always greet him with welcoming comments and by his first name). Thank you for giving parents freedom and stress free( children crying"Can we go now?" every 10 minutes) shopping and movie theater access(they're cheaper than a sitter for a matinee!).
