Ordered some Ride Rite air bags for my rear suspension. They assured me that they would arrive on monday. The following monday my order arrived. I brought my purchase home but was not what exactly what I had in mind. I wanted a refund as they could not order the brand I requested. For a restocking fee of $45 of my $340 purchase they would be happy to refund my money. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, shop somehwere else.

This place sells a product that they can order and have in within 3 business days and product doesn't come in and blames someone else. This product is over $2,000 dollars so you would assume they would full fill that promise and make adjustments for the delay. Nope in fact asked for money up front for this product. Stated they can get it and add the winch we brought to have mounted on new heavy duty bumper. Left Pick up at 11:00 and stopped in at 3:00 and of course winch wouldn't fit had to buy one they had in stock which was another $600.00. Had the nerve to say at least the winch is a better winch he payed $300.00 more then the one we had brought in so that makes it a better winch. Yep ok, So of course the truck is in until early after noon the next day. Not happy very unprofessional place of business.
