I have used Anderson ink several times over the last couple of years and I have loved their product and their friendly staff. I have found them to be very helpful and the turn around has been amazing. I have had a couple of rush jobs and they were able to get it done that day

We apologize for giving you the wrong time frame, sometimes we can quote a time frame when it usually would be finished. If we get a customer come in as soon as you would leave and they take up that hour worth of time placing an order with us and not able to get your order done.

I was told, " an hour and it will be done."
One hour later
"Yeah they will be done in just 20 minutes"
Twenty minutes later
"Yeah, I'll just hook this printer up and get started on it."

Bad business practice I believe.
