The best customer service EVER!!!! From planning my move to the actual day of moving everything was top notch. They showed up early to my location and began loading the truck. Everything was organized and they moved at a steady pace the entire time and even wrapped each piece of furniture with pads. Once the truck was loaded they made it to my house and began unloading as I directed where the items should go. They went up and down my stairs close to a hundred times between the two of them and carried my big front load washer and dryer down without a ding or dent. The time and care they took with my items was above and beyond what I expected and I will recommend them to everyone. They ended up moving me for seven hours straight and never complained once!!

I had an absolutely great experience with Bekins! They were prompt, professional and extremely meticulous in the wrapping of my fine art and pottery collections. I was very impressed and would use their services again in a heartbeat!

Joanna effectively kept me informed and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible . I wasn't feeling good that day and was seriously dreading the move after packing and cleaning for weeks. Unfortunately for the movers, I didn't have everything packed and ready to go. When they arrived, they enthusiastically took charge, did what needed to be done, quickly and effortlessly. They took the stress out of the move and made me feel very comfortable. The move from my 3rd floor apt. consisted of moving a very large awkward treadmill. They amazingly moved it with no sweat. They were careful with my belongings and were considerate of where they put the marked boxes in my new place. They even set up my bed and made sure I was OK. It was a very pleasant experience and I have already hired them again after my last move 3 years ago. They make moving truly a positive experience from start to finish...and the best thing yet, is that they are straight forward, no hidden costs.
