Provided by YP.comI am really hating Farm Bureau right now. They admitted they applied my auto payment to my homeowners incorrectly, then left us hanging - they said they'd fix it by sending it a letter to 'home office'. I thought it was fixed and was thankful. Then I find out by calling back to check on things that home office denied the request. Okay, thanks Spindale branch for letting me know. they say they will try to fix - never call me back.
Now i get a letter from DMV saying I cant drive for 30 days, i owe $50 and i owe my lender $450 for 'supplemental insurance" for when i wasn't covered!!!!!
WTF>!! and no calls back from FARM BUREAU when they keep saying they'll call me back!
