I would not recommend Upstate Breaker Wholesale,Jan & Adam Schneider, to anyone buying or selling.They are very unprofessional.They sale bad used untested equipment and won't except or wants you to cover all shipping cost regardless if their items are unusable.

Not worth the headaches.
