If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. We tried to purchase two additional leather chairs but were initially told one would cost $50 more than the other even though they were identical! When we spoke about delivery, we were told it would be 3 weeks before they could deliver our items even though we live in the next town over. They were also going to charge us to take our old furniture away. It was clear the saleswoman was not interested in making any money for the store, as she then began having a social conversation with someone who walked into the store, so we left without completing our purchase.
