Very poor quality of meat and even worse customer service. $40 dollar brisket 80% pure fat virtually inedible. Employee rolls eye and is very rude.

Didn't get what I ordered originally- ended up getting another guys deer. It's 90 miles round trip so I asked if they'd work a discount if I came back and returned the wrong product- they said they'd come to me. They never showed and no courtesy call. I felt bad for having another guys deer so I returned it. I wasn't offered a discount or an apology.

FYI don't bother clicking on their website address as they seem to be using a site from a Boston Mass. store. Don't ask me why. I have been searching for a good butcher in my area and I'll be stopping into their store this month to see how they compare with price and quality. I hope they have the "Bean Towns" attitude with the down home feel of western So. Dak. I'll check with you later on that. I'd rather spend my dollars in a local shop than a box store conglomerate.

This place is amazing! Will always prepare orders to exact and make sure you get what you want!
