I have been a long time customer of Haydens until recently. I have had routine work done that was done carelessly. Oil leaking on my driveway after and oil change. Problem fixed ...no explanation. Transmission fluid changed.....pan not sealed properly and leaked for several days until fixed. In line gas filter installed improperly during tuneup. Car gave off gas fumes for several days until fixed. Ignition wires crushed when engine cover reinstalled after tune up.Wrong size windshield wiper installed. Blades locked up during severe rain storm. On several occassions car was returned with grease stains on upolstry and interior door handles. There have also been times when repair quality was excellant. Suspect that some of the mechanics are more qualified then others. Quality of work should be more consistant.
